Shipping Information
We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. All orders are dispatched from our base in Auckland within 2 working days.

Physical Address: Please provide a physical address for delivery, as we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping to Australia
Shipping Method: International Airmail (Non-Tracked)
Shipping Rate: $20.00 NZD Flat Rate (for orders under 2kg)
Estimated Delivery: Please allow 10-14 working days for your order to arrive.
Please note: All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Any customs or duty charges upon arrival in Australia are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns & Exchanges
Our 100% Satisfaction Policy
Your happiness is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us online, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is substantially unused.
How to Make a Return:
Contact Us: Please email us at tania@scenturie.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know your reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Send the Product: Please mail the product back to us. Return freight costs will be at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for any returns that are lost in transit.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and approve your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days.
Please note: In line with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a simple ‘change of mind’.
Cancellations & Damaged Goods
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Damaged Goods: We take great care in packaging your orders. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us by email within 5 days of receipt and include a photo of the damage. We will work with you to rectify the issue promptly.
