We are dedicated to providing you with a beautiful and seamless shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to its arrival at your door. Here you will find everything you need to know about our dispatch, delivery, and returns.

Shipping Information

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Auckland studio within 2 working days.

Shipping within New Zealand

Please provide a physical address for delivery, as we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping to Australia

  • Shipping Method: International Airmail (Tracked)

  • Shipping Rate: $25 NZD Flat Rate (for orders under 2kg)

  • Estimated Delivery: Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive.

Please note: All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its journey. Any customs or duty charges upon arrival in Australia are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Our 30-Day Skin Compatibility Guarantee

Your confidence in our natural formulations is our absolute priority. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a simple ‘change of mind’ (in line with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act), we completely understand that everyone’s skin is unique.

If you experience a reaction or find a product is not compatible with your skin, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is substantially unused.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Contact Our Team: Please email tania@scenturie.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know your reason for the return and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.

  2. Send the Product: Mail the product back to us at the address below. Return freight costs are at your own expense. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.

  3. Receive Your Refund: Once our team receives and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Cancellations & Damaged Goods

  • Cancellations: We process orders very quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not yet been dispatched from our studio.

  • Damaged Goods: We take great care in packaging your skincare. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email us within 5 days of receipt and include a clear photo of the damage in its original packaging. Our team will work with you to rectify the issue and arrange a replacement promptly.
