Can I send the gift box directly to the recipient?
Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s name and address in the “shipping details” at checkout. We automatically omit all pricing and invoices from “Create Your Own” orders so it arrives as a pure gift.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch from Auckland. Orders placed before 12.00pm are typically sent the same day. Standard delivery is 1–3 working days for the North Island and 2–4 for the South Island (plus an extra day for rural). Allow 7-10 working days for delivery within Australia.
Is the shipping really free over $99?
Absolutely. Once the total value of your cart (including the $8.00 box) reaches $99.00 or more, the Free Shipping option will automatically appear at checkout for all New Zealand addresses.
How many products can I fit in the gift box?
Our gift box is designed to comfortably fit up to 7 full-sized Scenturie products, depending on their size. If you’re unsure if your selection will fit, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.
What if I forget to add my gift message at checkout?
No problem at all. Just send an email to: tania@scenturie.co.nz, with your order number and the message you’d like to include, and we will make sure it’s hand-written on the gift tag for you.
Is the packaging sustainable?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our gift boxes are made from high quality biodegradable kraft cardboard, the filling is biodegradable wood wool, and all our product packaging is recyclable glass and aluminium.
Can I mix and match products from the men’s and women’s ranges?
Of course! You have the complete freedom to choose any products from across our entire range to create the perfect personalised gift set.
